ABOUT
Your apartment search deserves more than a list of listings.
Avenue & Key was created to make apartment hunting feel less confusing and more intentional. Through personalized guidance and real leasing industry experience, we help renters understand the process, ask better questions, weigh their options, and make decisions that fit their needs.
Because finding your next home isn't just about what's available. It's about finding what works for you.
Hi, I'm Sydney.
After years of working in residential property management and leasing, I've seen the apartment search from both sides.
I've helped countless renters navigate questions about pricing, applications, apartment tours, lease terms, move ins, fees, and everything that comes with choosing a new home. And I've learned that one of the hardest parts of apartment hunting isn't always finding options. It's knowing how to evaluate them.
A beautiful apartment can catch your attention, but does it actually fit your budget? What will your monthly expenses really look like? Which questions should you ask before applying? Is the concession as good as it sounds? And when you're stuck between two apartments you love, how do you decide which one makes the most sense for your life?
Those are the questions Avenue & Key was created to help you work through.
WHY I CREATED AVENUE & KEY
Apartment hunting can feel surprisingly lonely.
You can scroll through hundreds of listings, schedule tours, read reviews, and compare floor plans, but sometimes what you really need is someone knowledgeable to talk it through with.
Avenue & Key grew from something I was already doing naturally: helping people in my life navigate their apartment searches.
I realized there was a need for something between searching on your own and having someone else take over the process entirely. A place where renters could ask questions, understand their options, and get personalized guidance without feeling pressured into a decision.
That's what I want Avenue & Key to be.
YOUR SEARCH. YOUR SPACE. YOUR NEXT MOVE.
YOUR SEARCH. YOUR SPACE. YOUR NEXT MOVE.
Your next apartment is a big decision. You don't have to navigate every question by yourself.
